These terms apply to your use of Lucky Boom, which is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, in order to register and play. Confirming that online gambling is lawful in your country is your responsibility. Lucky Boom holds an offshore licence, not a national one.
2. Your account
Each person may hold a single account. Supply accurate details and ensure the name on your account matches the name on your payment method. Keep your login details secure. Duplicate accounts on the same name, device or payment method may be closed without notice. Formal requests, including self-exclusion and account closure, must be sent from your registered email address.
3. Deposits
Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome deposit). Cards are limited to 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, with ceilings of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card. Fiat and crypto balances are held separately and cannot be combined.
4. Withdrawals
Full verification precedes every withdrawal: government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, all in matching names. In line with anti-money-laundering rules, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times first. The minimum withdrawal is €40 and requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Winnings other than jackpots are capped at €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month, whereas jackpot wins have no cap. A withdrawal above a method's per-transaction limit may be paid in instalments. A pending withdrawal may be cancelled before it completes.
5. Bonuses
Every bonus must be activated in your profile before the qualifying deposit. A single bonus may be active at any moment. The welcome package carries ×40 wagering and the first live bonus ×15. While wagering a bonus the maximum bet is €5 per spin or round (€1 on the first-deposit bonus). Slots count 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%. Bonus winnings are capped at €10,000 across all bonuses, and the cash-out after wagering is limited to 10 times the initial bonus. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and its balance. See the Bonus terms for details.
6. Dormant accounts
Where an account shows no activity for six consecutive months, a fee of €10 a month applies for as long as a positive balance remains.

8. Changes
Terms, bonus conditions and limits may change. Please read the current version before accepting an offer. Where a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.

The law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, governs these terms.
