Account verification (KYC)
Full verification is required before every withdrawal. It protects your account and keeps the platform within anti-money-laundering rules. You may deposit and play while verification is pending.
Documents required
Photo ID
A passport, national ID card or driving licence. Both sides where applicable, with every corner visible.
Selfie with your ID
A clear photograph of you holding the same document beside your face.
Proof of address
A recent bank statement or utility bill (under three months old) that shows your name and address.
Proof of payment
On request, a screenshot or photo of the card (middle digits hidden) or e-wallet used. The name has to agree with the one on your account.
How verification works

Tips for a smooth check
- Check that the same name appears on each document and on your account.
- Use a valid, undamaged document that is fully visible, with all four corners in the photo.
- Proof of address must be under three months old.
- Deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method in your own name.
